The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $73,382 - $165,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Dematic Corp. seeks an outstanding Customer Service Manager to lead teams in the U.S.

What you will do in this role:
  • Act as the regional/local Dematic contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with world-class service.
  • Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions and reporting personnel to achieve business goals.
  • Achieve business goals by effectively leading teams.
  • Build the capabilities of the overall maintenance team, encouraging an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Reinforce the values of our organization by setting an example and mentoring all team members.
  • Interpret and process complex, less-clearly defined issues at a professional level.
  • Evaluate and implement changes in methods or procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify resource needs and develop justifications to support those requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to maintain operational excellence.
What we are looking for:
  • An Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managing work groups and supporting related operations.
  • Proven understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • 8-10 years of successful experience in a directly related field, demonstrating key responsibilities as outlined above.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze system/equipment performance data, perform root cause analysis, and manage resolution of design-performance issues.
  • Proficiency in gauging, identifying, and implementing training based on skill assessment results.
  • Skilled in supervising important metrics and fault data through methods such as monitoring and measuring, evaluating and analyzing data, and directing enhancements.
  • Capability to build reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE or equivalent experience) for our customers.
