How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This position reports to the Senior Tax Manager and is responsible for the preparation and review of federal, state and international tax returns. The Tax Supervisor will work closely with the tax team to meet deadlines and be involved in researching technical aspects of US and international taxation.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state and international tax returns Effectively communicate with foreign affiliates and various tax authorities Assess international tax filing obligations and prepare and review various international tax forms Research tax impacts of various transactions and determine required disclosures Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement and standardization Assist with monthly and quarterly close process and tax provision preparation Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects to the tax team and various user groups within the company Utilize the latest tax technology and create models to apply the tax law updates, manage tax risks and create tax saving opportunities Proactively lead tax research projects and maintain current knowledge of tax regulations affecting the company in the relevant jurisdictions Provide direction and training to staff preparing federal, state & international income tax returns

Education Requirements
General Requirements
6+ year experience working; preferable in big 4 accounting firm and / or multinational corporation tax department Results-oriented professional, capable of managing a high performance team that contributes to company performance Ability to exhibit strong project management skills Desire to contribute to organizational goals Strong federal, state and international income tax background Knowledge of tax compliance and provision systems, and financial accounting/reporting systems Organized and reliable tax professional with practical experience and solid technical tax skills Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure and within timeline constraints Experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced and empowered environment
