Office of the Dean in the School of Education, Social Work, and Psychological Sciences (SESWPS) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Job Description
The School of Education, Social Work and Psychological Sciences seeks an outstanding candidate for the position of Manager of Recruitment (1.0 FTE). This individual will lead all undergraduate recruitment for the School of Education, Social Work and Psychological Sciences (SESWPS) at UMKC. With a strategic focus on transfer and adult learners - who consistently make up around half of SESWPS's undergraduate student population - this role drives the development and execution of data-informed outreach initiatives to support institutional enrollment goals. In collaboration with other faculty and staff, this individual will also contribute to school-wide efforts related to graduate recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications

Anticipated Hiring Range
Anticipated starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 annually commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Application Deadline
