Our client in the Wi-Fi industry is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their software and services team. Title: Sr. UX Designer - B2B Product Experience Hybrid role: 3 days/week onsite(Seattle or San Francisco) Top Skills Required: * Experience with UX design of complex workflows * 8+ years of design experience * Strong visual design skills Job Description: We're seeking a Sr. UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience for our B2B product offerings. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers focused on delivering high-impact software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end design-from early research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping-while influencing product direction and technical implementation. You'll collaborate closely across disciplines, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall design quality and strategy. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly affect customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead UX design efforts independently, balancing quality with technical and business constraints * Engage with partners and end users to understand their needs and design intuitive experiences for onboarding, education, troubleshooting, and product usage * Apply customer research, iterative design, prototyping, and usability testing to inform decisions * Contribute to and evolve the design system and documentation for shared patterns and components * Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing * Foster a culture of feedback and growth within the design team Basic Qualifications: * 8+ years of professional design experience * Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar * *Preferred Qualifications: * Experience designing complex workflows and SAAS applications * Skilled in gathering user feedback through research and usability studies * Familiarity with customer engagement and contact center use cases * Expertise in facilitating design sprints or workshops * 5+ years of experience designing for B2B solutions Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
