Position Summary:

The Senior Industrial Engineer role is responsible for leading the execution of continuous improvement programs to help achieve our mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving value streams across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Participate in identification and planning of department goals and objectives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in Lean & Six Sigma tools by providing best practices and training to the organization. Mentor peers in use and implementation of Lean & Six Sigma tools.
  • Develop tools and methodologies to improve enterprise productivity.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to facilities.
  • Program manage and lead productivity improvement program across designated sites.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping events and transformation planning.
  • Create capacity models and reports to evaluate department capabilities
  • Comply with company, quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures.



Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree (STEM engineering degree preferred) and 5 years of experience. Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience in a regulated industry
  • Six Sigma or Lean Certification
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and engage others to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with clear communication of ideas
  • Ability to travel to other sites (approximately 10-15%)



Good to have:



  • Experience in disposable medical device manufacturing preferred
  • Experience with Shingo model deployment or assessments preferred



Competitive market salary range from $100,000 to $128,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
