In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your bilingual skills to support medical devices that make a real difference in people's lives. Global Perspective: Work in a multicultural environment where your language skills are valued and utilized Bilingual abilities in Japanese and English will enable seamless communication across international teams and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation when it comes to critical medical device support, while working with state-of-the-art medical devices. This includes responsibility for effective communication with company business partners including the Product Support and the Product Monitoring teams to achieve mutual business goals while ensuring work is completed and documented in compliance with the company quality system and medical device regulations. Innovation Environment: Work with the latest medical technologies and contribute to their continuous improvement This role will require diving deep into device assembly, disassembly, inner workings and end user applications. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, able to perform Service Support and assist Product Support functions, including diagnosis and troubleshooting of complaint device faults and failures, assisting with device application and triaging repairs with international business partners. Including but not limited to, use-case troubleshooting, assembly / disassembly, service log review and interpretation, familiarity with component test methods for final Field Replaceable Unit FRU assemblies per manufacturing documentation. The expected base pay range for this position is $100k - $140k . Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion. |
