Valiant is looking for a Senior Financial and Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will support a multifunctional program and financial professional responsible coordinating the end-to-end planning, execution, and financial oversight of all OHDACA-funded projects and multinational forums hosted by CFE-DM. You will direct all resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and PMO-related functions to ensure strategic alignment with Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) objectives and global engagement priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of OHDACA-funded programs and projects, from concept development and funding strategy to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Oversee all CFE-DM OHASIS submitted projects. Ensure projects are submitted per J5 standards. Track all concurrence / non concurrence in OHASIS. Answer all RFI in OHASIS.
- Oversee program budgets, funding justifications, and compliance with DoD financial regulations, including tracking of obligations and expenditures to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Serve as the lead coordinator for CFE-hosted multilateral forums and workshops, managing end-to-end planning, coordination, and logistics for multinational participation across the Indo-Pacific region.
- Develop financial strategies to support engagement activities, including international travel, lodging, and conference funding, while ensuring adherence to federal travel and funding policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders-including INDOPACOM components, U.S. embassies, foreign military partners, NGOs, and interagency organizations-to align program goals with broader strategic objectives.
- Lead risk and issue management for funded engagements, applying PMO best practices to mitigate disruption and ensure program continuity.
- Design and maintain integrated program schedules, resource plans, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance against key deliverables.
- Provide senior-level briefings and reporting on program outcomes, financial performance, and strategic alignment to senior DoD leadership.

- 8+ years of project and program coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and database computer applications to produce and maintain a wide variety of documents.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate knowledge of standard and business English usage and proper formatting of formal correspondence in response to inquiries, reports, emails, etc.
- Must be comfortable interacting with senior government executives, military personnel, and other contractors performing staff functions, and coordinating actions between various policy organizations. Willingness to collaborate with others from different backgrounds, respect for diverse perspectives.
- Ability to take direction yet work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects.
- Ability to work under stress and complete short fuse requirements.
- Familiarity with the Indo-Pacific geopolitical security environment is desired.
- The position may require travel to support courses/Exercise events. Up to 10%.
- Must be able to obtain U.S. passport.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees. This job will primarily be in an Office Setting. Must be able to physicall travel.
