To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose: This role reports into the Franchise Lead aligned to oversee the Consolidated bottler. The role will support and lead the mid-Atlantic MU, Carolinas MU as well as Mainstream bottlers, and will be the commercial operations call point for this Franchise and Bottler orbit. This position will play a vital role in strategic planning, performance management and commercial development to drive sales growth within the assigned bottler region(s). Responsible for overseeing business performance for the bottler(s) and ensuring that we have the right commercial tools, resources and opportunities identified to deliver our Joint Business Plan (JBP). This includes achieving profitable growth while delivering on KPI's, connectivity with the fairlife Field Ops team to understand market performance down to store level, organizing and leading planning/review meetings with key stakeholders and our distributor partners (Quarterly, Trimester, Annual), and collaborating internally with fairlife commercial teams, NAOU, and the bottler to bring programs into the market. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region, approximately 50% of the time. responsibilities:
