Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, material-handling systems, and glass processing machinery.
• Handle both scheduled and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Install, upgrade, and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals quickly and effectively.

• 3+ years industrial or warehouse maintenance experience (automotive glass a plus).
• Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Robotics/PLC experience and knowledge of Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, or 8D tools preferred.
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working overtime as needed.
