Machine Operator

We are looking for Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH, where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work matters.

Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $16.00/hour
• Shift Differential: 10% night shift premium (totaling $17.60/hour)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and saws
• Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain accuracy
• Read and follow technical blueprints and job specs
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make minor program edits and address basic machine issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience or formal trade/technical training
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to contribute to a team environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
