CNC Machine Operator

Staffmark is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a hardworking and reliable team in Houston, TX. If you have at least 3 years of CNC machining experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Interpret production specifications, blueprints, and instructions
• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, boring, and grinding machines)
• Select tools, adjust feeds/speeds, and monitor cutting operations
• Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional standards
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine operation experience
• Experience with lathes, mills, boring or grinding machines, or a 3-ton tandem press
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
