Grinder Operator

Staffmark is seeking a Grinder Operator to join a growing team in Erlanger, KY. If you're mechanically inclined and have a background in machining or manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (3-day weekend shift)

As a Grinder Operator, you'll set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision components that meet exact specifications. You'll be responsible for loading/unloading parts, inspecting finished pieces, and performing light maintenance on machines. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate grinding machines according to job specs
• Load and unload materials and components
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools
• Perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments
• Collaborate with team members and follow safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and able to work independently
