Electronic Assembler

Looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing? Staffmark is hiring an Electronic Assembler for a full-time opportunity in Woodridge, IL. No prior experience is required - just a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail!

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

In this hands-on role, you'll perform manual soldering of Through-Hole Technology (THT) components and assist with wiring assemblies in a fast-paced PCB and mechanical assembly environment. You'll follow engineering specifications and quality standards using specialized tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual soldering of THT components
• Assemble wiring and electronic components on PCBs
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Use hand tools and equipment as needed per instructions
• Ensure safety and accuracy in all assembly tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work involves standing, bending, and using hand tools throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required - training provided!
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
