What our Residential Sales Activation Specialist Enjoy Most About the Role Enhancing customer experience through efficient order processing for cable, internet, voice, and mobile services. Ensuring accurate billing and operationally sound work orders. Handling order exceptions and serving as a liaison for various sales channels. Managing activations and resolving installation issues for residential customers. Maximizing revenue through upselling and sharing best practices to improve processes. Working Conditions Normal office environment with flexible work schedule.
