Sr. Director, Infrastructure Alliances

The Senior Director, Infrastructure Alliances will support the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth through key infrastructure partnerships. This role will work closely with the Infrastructure Alliances leadership team and partners to align on business goals, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensure effective coordination of partner-led sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of partner business plans aligned with Infrastructure Alliances' strategic goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and assist in the execution of joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-led sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with partner contacts and stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and trends.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with broader organizational objectives.
  • Provide partners with product and service training and ongoing support.
  • Analyze partner engagement data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the development of MOU strategies that support NRI's go-to-market approach.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to support co-selling efforts across commercial and SLED segments.
  • Support Infrastructure Alliance Partner specialization audits in collaboration with the programs manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience managing strategic alliances, preferably with Cisco or in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure Alliance's business model, solutions portfolio, and industry position.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build collaborative partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical and business acumen, with the ability to align technology with business objectives.
  • Leadership experience in Cisco or in the technology sector.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
