What is the opportunity? As the Banking and Lending Product Support Manager, you will provide oversight and leadership of the Wealth Management-U.S. Banking & Lending Product Support team for a seamless Financial Advisor (FA) client experience when looking to access and implement banking and lending solutions, You will assist in delivering WM-US banking and lending solutions, field experience initiatives, and new products or promotions centered on cohesive education, marketing, and communications for WM-US clients, financial advisors (FAs) and field support staff. What will you do?
- Manage and provide leadership of the WM-US Banking and Lending Product Support function and team members.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members on goals, work direction, questions, feedback and any related system escalations.
- Provide oversight and facilitate Client Associate training for WM-US banking and lending products and technology to enable use of the platform in performing service functions related to banking and lending.
- Review and maintain the WM-US banking and lending internal support pages relating to applicable banking and lending products.
- Design and deliver the feedback process from internal partners on enhancements to the technology platform and service model to enhance efficiencies and create a better client-advisor experience.
- Oversee the collection of field-facing technology backlog and roadmap feedback and future enhancements.
- Oversight of Business Reporting - work with Private Bankers to properly report progress of business plans to WM-US executive and field leadership.
- Review banking and lending marketing materials to ensure they are current and in compliance with necessary regulatory disclosures, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Business Risk.
- Travel to Private Client office locations on an as-needed basis to perform related job functions.

What do you need to succeed? Must-have
- 4 year degree from accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and related experience with 5+ years' financial advisor support and training experience in a wealth management firm
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience
- Proven dedication to and focus on client service
- Strong project management & organizational skills with demonstrated experience coordinating marketing and training campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including being comfortable facilitating or speaking in front of large groups
- Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) and proven ability to learn and adapt to in-house and other technology systems

- Broad knowledge of RBC systems, processes, and products
- Workday administration
- Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain in 60 days)
- Experience in launching broad training initiatives

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$115,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
