Starting Salary Range: $93,000-$110,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead monitoring and testing activities for NERC System Operations and System Planning standards
  • Collaborate with Real-Time Operations and Planning teams to assess compliance risks
  • Analyze system events, operator actions, and BES conditions for compliance impacts
  • Support audit preparation, internal reviews, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Design innovative tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance
  • Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations
  • Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work with AI technology

What You'll Bring:



  • Experience in grid operations (RC, TOP, BA), compliance, or military nuclear systems
  • Working knowledge of NERC Operations and Planning standards and control frameworks
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, EMS/SCADA tools, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer)
  • Interest in AI, automation, and applying analytics in a regulated environment
  • Certifications such as NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials are a plus
