Littleton, MA | $80,000 + 10% Bonus | 11 PM - 7 AM

  Ensure equipment reliability to maximize productivity across production lines.

  Supervise, coach, and direct maintenance employees on assigned shifts.

  Implement process enhancements to streamline package and flavor changeovers.

  Build technical expertise of maintenance technicians through structured training.

  Assign and coordinate daily work orders and tasks for mechanics.

  
  
• 
  

  Support preventive maintenance activities and oversee special projects.

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.

  
  

• 
  

  Associate's Degree, trade/technical school, or equivalent experience.

  
  
• 
  

  5+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience and/or a degree in Engineering or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  Prior supervisory/leadership experience required.
