Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Littleton, MA | $80,000 + 10% Bonus | 11 PM - 7 AM

In this high-impact role, you'll lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, coordinate key projects, and drive process improvements that keep production lines running at peak performance. What You'll Do


  • Ensure equipment reliability to maximize productivity across production lines.



  • Supervise, coach, and direct maintenance employees on assigned shifts.



  • Implement process enhancements to streamline package and flavor changeovers.



  • Build technical expertise of maintenance technicians through structured training.



  • Assign and coordinate daily work orders and tasks for mechanics.



  • Support preventive maintenance activities and oversee special projects.



  • Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.



  • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.




What We're Looking For


  • Associate's Degree, trade/technical school, or equivalent experience.



  • 5+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience and/or a degree in Engineering or related field.



  • Prior supervisory/leadership experience required.



  • Strong troubleshooting skills across:




    • Mechanical breakdowns



    • Hydraulics & pneumatics



    • Power transmissions



    • PLC systems



    • Conveyors & airveyors



    • Electrical systems
