Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Director. This individual will play a critical role in driving high-impact initiatives, leading cross-functional efforts, and supporting executive-level decision-making. The role combines program leadership, data analytics, financial planning, and executive communications to deliver both strategic and operational outcomes.

This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who thrives in matrixed environments, brings exceptional communication and analytical skills, and has a demonstrated ability to execute at the enterprise level.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Director and senior leadership to shape, articulate, and execute strategic priorities.
  • Lead enterprise-level programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and effective execution of goals.
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize large datasets to generate insights that support strategic and operational planning.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate key leadership forums and departmental events such as town halls, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews.
  • Build robust business cases and financial models to support planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure stakeholder alignment and follow-through.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program interdependencies to ensure transparency and success.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new tools, processes, and technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct financial and performance forecasting to support enterprise decision-making.
  • Provide strategic planning support for programs that span multiple departments or business units.
  • Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and communication for all initiatives under scope.
  • Maintain discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and high-level executive communications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
  • Business acumen with a strategic mindset, able to connect tactical execution with broader enterprise goals.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and enterprise-level audiences.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent leadership in high-stakes or cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience in event planning, stakeholder facilitation, and executive meeting coordination.
  • Capable of driving alignment, influencing without authority, and managing programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of exempt-level experience in project/program management, product development, business or financial planning, systems design/development, or strategic operations.

Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies. Demonstrated success in developing business cases, schedules, and financial justifications for major initiatives.

Domicile Information:

This position is preferred to be based in Memphis, TN. Remote work within the United States may be considered, depending on business needs.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
