Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Director. This individual will play a critical role in driving high-impact initiatives, leading cross-functional efforts, and supporting executive-level decision-making. The role combines program leadership, data analytics, financial planning, and executive communications to deliver both strategic and operational outcomes. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who thrives in matrixed environments, brings exceptional communication and analytical skills, and has a demonstrated ability to execute at the enterprise level. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of exempt-level experience in project/program management, product development, business or financial planning, systems design/development, or strategic operations. Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies. Demonstrated success in developing business cases, schedules, and financial justifications for major initiatives. Domicile Information: This position is preferred to be based in Memphis, TN. Remote work within the United States may be considered, depending on business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
