  Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines and customer expectations are metCollaborate with operations, commercial, and finance teams to streamline project workflowsManage documentation and scheduling using SAP and MSA toolsCommunicate directly with customers on project updates, delivery schedules, and close-out processesSupport field and production teams with administrative and project coordinationDrive timely invoicing and reduce overdue payments through proactive AR managementProvide guidance to commercial operations and project teams to ensure smooth executionEnsure accurate tracking and delivery of parts and materials for service ordersResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Your background
