Senior National Practice Leader

Responsibilities



  • Pursue national account opportunities on a full-time basis
  • Build and manage a National Accounts portfolio of up to $50M Group Sales ($10M-20Mmanaged directly)
  • Seek, initiate, and drive new business opportunities, including market segments and service offerings
  • Hire and manage support staff, as needed
  • Lead Capture Team Process for high opportunity accounts, engaging resources across ECS
  • Mentor NAM's and NPL's as Corporate Sponsor and/or as assigned
  • Work with Director to build a consistent national sales process and consistency among offices
  • Provide strategic leadership and information on market trends and long-term growth opportunities
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications



  • BS/BA degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline, MS/MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of direct National Account Management experience within ECS's areas of expertise and broad knowledge and understanding of our primary service lines (geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing, and facilities consulting)

The expected pay range for this role and location is $150,000 - $200,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
