Primary Responsibilities: AI Platform Engineer to design, develop and support AI Platform.
The role demands strong technical skills in understanding AI models, applications, network, databases, Windows VDIs troubleshooting and analysis.
Liaison with appropriate teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, business) for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve RPA.
1-2 years of full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, deploy, document, support) experience.
Proven experience in administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and Copilot Studio including creation, configuration, security, and lifecycle management (development, test, production).
Working knowledge of at least one leading RPA Platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to AI and automation.
Ability to create, read/understand and modify/enhance Python, R, VB.net or C# code for diagnosis, integration with RPA/AI tool.
Experience creating simple PL/SQL queries, running pre-defined scripts, configuration, security, and interpreting logs and traces.

- The role demands strong technical skills in understanding AI models, applications, network, databases, Windows VDIs troubleshooting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues falling under RPA and AI environment.
- Liaison with appropriate teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, business) for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve RPA.
- The role requires to work in office location and/or with hybrid work model.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
