Drive a cultural shift towards safety through engagement and leadership, focusing on minimizing work-related injuries. Manage safety and environmental programs, training, and compliance monitoring. How you will do it Engage all levels of the workforce to drive cultural change and meet environmental performance goals. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Provide comprehensive training on environmental programs and safety procedures. Develop and roll out motivational programs to enhance environmental awareness. Ensure compliance with industrial hygiene testing and establish continuous improvement plans. Oversee the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring proper handling and disposal. Implement proactive measures to enhance air and waste management controls. Present safety and environmental training tailored to site-specific needs. What we look for Required: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a safety and environmental role within an industrial setting. Experience driving a cultural shift towards safety through engagement and leadership Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement action plans based on data analysis. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with behavior-based safety programs and ISO 14001 standards. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $105,000-122,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
