Job Summary

Responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, floors, and structural elements. This role involves surface preparation, color mixing, and the use of various tools to achieve a high-quality finish on both interior and exterior projects.

Essential Duties

  • Collaborates with other technicians to effectively maintain and repair on the facility.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
  • Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
  • Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

0-2 years

Methods and principles of general building maintenance.

Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Good communication skills (oral and written).

Must be punctual and dependable.

Must have basic computer skills.
