Role Description: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and deeply technical product leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Enterprise Knowledge Graph and its underlying ontology. This is a rare opportunity to build a foundational data product that will be consumed by nearly every analytics, growth, marketing and AI team to drive insight, efficiency, and innovation. You will be responsible for architecting the shift from siloed data assets to a connected, meaningful, and machine-readable representation of our business. You will build a world-class ontology that ensures our data is discoverable, interoperable, and ready to power the next generation of AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver a reliable and powerful knowledge platform that unlocks high-value business use cases across the entire enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Enterprise Knowledge Graph, the foundational data product for advanced analytics and AI across the organization. Lead the transformation from disconnected data silos to a unified semantic layer, dramatically improving data integration, discoverability, and reusability. Define the product requirements for an enterprise-grade ontology, leveraging W3C standards to create a formal, scalable, and accurate model of our business domain. Develop and manage the strategy for harmonizing and integrating disparate data sources into the knowledge graph based on Customer 360 instances of Data Cloud, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. Partner with Data Cloud and Agentforce teams to define the technical requirements for data quality monitoring, access controls, and lifecycle management within the semantic layer. Serve as the primary product liaison to key consumers of the knowledge graph, including Data Science, Growth, Marketing, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence teams, translating their complex requirements into a clear, prioritized, and actionable product roadmap. Define, instrument, and analyze platform-level success metrics related to data quality, query performance, user adoption, and the business impact of the knowledge graph.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Data Product Management or Technical Product Management, with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms, data products, or technical infrastructure. Deep technical understanding of semantic technologies and data modeling, including knowledge graphs, taxonomies, ontologies. Demonstrated experience designing and launching enterprise-level data products that serve multiple, diverse stakeholders and applications. Proven ability to lead and influence large, distributed, cross-functional engineering teams in a matrixed organization. You can hold your own in deep technical debates about data architecture, modeling, and APIs, unstructured data and data graphs. Exceptional ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements for engineering, architecture, and data science teams. Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making, defining success metrics for data products, and communicating business value to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Direct experience with graph databases and ontology development tools Experience applying knowledge graphs to power AI/ML applications, particularly for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Deep experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100.
