The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Director serves as the site lead for the Cancer Center at Community Medical Center, and has administrative responsibility for the development and management of the oncology outpatient clinical programs and overall cancer program administration.

This includes operational oversight of infusion centers and hospital-based outpatient clinics, program planning, marketing, patient experience and employee engagement.

The Director ensures that there is high functionality and coordination between business units and works closely with service line, medical group, and hospital leadership to meet programmatic goals related to service, quality, and financial success.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field and at least 5 years of management experience within healthcare
  • Demonstrated acumen in financial management, analysis, and program planning
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment and to operate with some degree of uncertainty.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in business or healthcare-related field,
  • Experience with outpatient oncology operations strongly preferred; oncology physician practice management experience desired.
