Keysight Technologies is a top supplier of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software for communications product design. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Success team within Keysight at the forefront of Keysight's software strategy. As a Customer Success Manager at Keysight, you will manage technical engagements with a small number of Tier 1 EDA accounts with responsibility for adoption, retention & expansion of Keysight EDA software solutions. You will work closely with them to build Design Flows and provide an integrated Customer Experience. You will be supported by experienced and dedicated EDA professionals to achieve these goals. Along with your technical expertise, you will need strong business acumen and project management skills to become a trusted advisor for these companies to help build mutual success.


Responsibilities

  • Drive to establish and expand Keysight EDA solutions within customers' design flows in large Tier 1 accounts.
  • Prioritize ongoing design and technical activities at the customer sites. Articulate customers' design flows, gaps and opportunities. Develop customer success plans and execute these plans to drive software adoption and break into new design teams and workflows.
  • Use strong Project Management skills to manage the contract and drive usage. Manage customer issues and escalations. Drive open issues to closure involving the customer, and Keysight Management as needed.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to Upsell software or services: be a challenger to status quo
  • Communicate upwards to both customer and Keysight management. Coordinate regular technical review meetings between Keysight and our customers to track successes and review roadmaps.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communications skills, and Strong interaction skills with customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in at least one related field (RF System, RFIC/MMIC/Module, High-Speed Digital, Applications Engineering, Technical Support, etc.)
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts related to Communication Systems design and/or Electronic System Level (ESL) design and/or High-Speed Digital (HSD) design and/or RF/Microwave design (including Electromagnetics)
  • Knowledge of Keysight EDA tools like ADS, SystemVue, and/or other industry EDA tools.
  • Work well in team environment, in both self-motivated and collaborative modes.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Project or program management in aerospace/defense or commercial applications.
  • Experience working with distributed customers and distributed internal teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of RF & Microwave design, Communication Systems design, Electronic System Level design and verification.
  • Proven expertise with Keysight EDA tools like ADS, SystemVue, etc.
