Material Handler

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent mechanical and communication skills
• Spanish and English conversation skills
• Forklift certified
• Able to read blueprints

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Lead materials handling operations, providing on-the-job training and support to junior team members.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision-making to resolve inventory and logistics issues in real time.
• Safely transport materials from receiving areas to warehouse storage or designated production zones using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Manage high-value, fragile, or hazardous materials, including chemicals and gases, in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Supply production lines with required components and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or delays.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks; input data accurately into the ERP or warehouse management system (WMS).
• Verify shipments by counting, weighing, or measuring items against packing slips, purchase orders, or bills of lading.
• Take ownership of one or more designated inventory zones or product categories.

Pay: $20 - $23 per hour

1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday
