Who We're Looking For

You're a dependable operations professional with deep experience in loan servicing and a sharp eye for detail. From loan boarding and payment processing to collateral tracking and documentation review, you bring structure and consistency to every step of the process.

You work efficiently, prioritize well, and follow through-supporting both internal teams and client accounts with accuracy and care. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in reliable execution-this role is for you.

About the Role

The Loan Servicing Analyst II plays a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of loans after origination. This role handles a wide range of operational tasks, including loan boarding, funding, payment processing, collateral tracking, and paid loan documentation.

Working independently under general supervision, you'll prioritize daily workflows, ensure accuracy across systems, and serve as a resource to peers through training and cross-coverage support. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail will drive consistency across the loan servicing process.

What You'll Do

  • Prioritize and manage daily loan servicing workflows to meet service-level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Input loan information and fund new loans using the Bank's core system and CRM, ensuring accuracy of terms, schedules, and documentation.
  • Process loan payments, payoffs, and maintenance requests across consumer and commercial portfolios with precision and timeliness.
  • Receive, review, and track original loan documents; maintain documentation logs and monitor outstanding items.
  • Record and update collateral and insurance tracking, including filing UCCs and recording security documents in accordance with procedures.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to support daily task coverage, share knowledge, and contribute to training and process improvements across the team.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing or related operations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with lending systems and core banking platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow through, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, offer solutions, and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience providing peer support or training in a team environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary:$26.93 - $35.10/HR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.

  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.

  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
