How you'll make an impact: Seeking a results-oriented, data-focused Senior Manager, Marketing Insights with strong leadership qualities to join the Marketing Insights team. They will focus on ensuring the enterprise data platform is providing accurate data in a digestible format to derive descriptive and predictive insights, managing broad end-to-end analysis, and building requirements for adding new data sources to enhance current data sets. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar marketing analytics roles with strong technical and analytical abilities, proven experience with data integration, aggregation and automation, expertise in connecting data and automating reporting in Tableau, and a niche for simplifying processes. This role requires successful collaboration within a matrixed organization, and proven ability to contribute to both strategy and execution. What you'll do: This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Insights & Operations and plays a critical role in the success of the organization. This is an individual contributor role (with possibility of leading a team) and build strong, collaborative relationships with technical and business leaders across the Marketing organization.
