As an Employment Specialist you will, provide career training, paid work experience, and job placement services to City of Minneapolis adults who are interested in pursuing our Early Childhood pathway as a certified Child Development Associate. This position will work with a large network of referring community partners, employers, and childcare centers.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

* 3 years of experience in Human Services preferably in Employment & Training services.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field

* Knowledge and understanding of case noting and participant file management.

* Knowledge and ability to prioritize of data tracking.

* Ability and desire to travel to connect with employers and participants.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
