What You'll Do
- Define the Customer Digital Experience vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives at the Enterprise level.
- Develop a digital roadmap outlining future features, functions, and release plans at an Enterprise-wide level.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful digital development and launch.
- Communicate digital updates, milestones, and the roadmap to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Select and manage external partners.
- Lead the digital customer experience development process from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing, and release.
- Ensure the eCommerce website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
- Formulate strategies concerning the design and practicality of the company's online presence and digital platforms.
- Make executive decisions to ensure existing frameworks facilitate profit generation.
- Direct Product Managers, software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Review the security of checkout pages and procedures, create promotional offers, and ensure their precise upload.
- Review copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy.
- Focus on adoption, scalability, value automation, and ROI.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure digital performance and success.
- Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies' effectiveness.
- Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks and report on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Commercial Operations and Marketing teams.
- Provide digital training and support to internal teams, customers, and partners as needed.
- Capture strategies such as Playbooks.
- Manage the digital lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, or alternatives.
- Responsible for increasing online sales and driving traffic to the website.
- Focus on providing a positive experience for customers
What You'll Need
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable digital requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of eCommerce and EDI systems with a minimum of two years leading an eCommerce function.
Your Education
- Degree in marketing management, business, and information systems.
