Overview:
We are seeking an experienced marketing contractor to join the PCS Digital Marketing team as a Marketing Manager, focusing on credit card deepening campaigns across our consumer and business banking segments. This role will ensure seamless execution of ongoing initiatives, develop campaign strategy, manage creative development, and support strategic testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Develop and manage execution of deepening campaigns to drive card acquisitions among client's customers. This includes managing creative development, routing for compliance, and coordinating with analytics and email teams for deployment.
* Targeting Strategy: Refine and implement targeting logic based on customer engagement metrics and business priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust criteria and timing as needed.
* Aprimo Workflow Oversight: Manage Aprimo tasks including approvals and prioritization. Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely execution.
* Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and update reporting dashboards. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, Analytics, Deposits, and Business Banking teams to align messaging, offers, and timing across channels.
* Process Documentation: Maintain and update process documents, process, guides, and campaign histories to ensure knowledge continuity.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies.
* Experience with Aprimo or similar marketing workflow tools.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree

Preferred:
* Experience with deepening or cross-sell strategies within a financial services organization
* Proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics and translating them into strategy.
* MBA
