ChampionX is seeking a Global Sales Director with a proven track record of growing business profitability and to lead the sales strategies for the Windrock product line. In partnership with the Windrock Product Line Leader the Global Sales Director will strive to increase Windrock market share and evangelize partnerships. They will own the direct sales and channel strategy and will work in partnership with marketing and engineering to deliver on objectives. What's in it For You:

What You Will Do:
- Directly responsible for exceeding sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Windrock product lines and put in place all the necessary infrastructure, processes, and talent required to drive growth for the business unit
- Responsible for hiring, developing, and leading the regional sales team
- Develop influential relationships with customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business
- Actively manage channel partners effectiveness, prospecting, closing, forecasting, and KPI's by using a metric-based approach to report progress and highlight potential roadblocks with proposed mitigation strategies
- Oversee data in Salesforce and work with individual sales representatives to forecast accurately
- Responsible for assisting teams in developing sales processes and enablement plans
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and pricing strategies
- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 10 years prior sales experience in reciprocating/rotating equipment industry
- Good overall knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
- 5 years prior leadership experience
- Strong sales leadership experience with a proven track record of demonstrated success leading sales teams
- Strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the marketing and financial implications of new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills that convey conviction and depth in our value proposition
- Strong Interpersonal and Organizational skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and excels at quickly gaining trust and closing deals
- Availability for travel as required, 50-70%
