All About the Role:

Electrolux is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused District Sales Manager to lead growth and customer engagement across the builder and construction segment. This individual will be responsible for expanding partnerships with residential builders, developers, general contractors, and authorized builder distributors in a defined territory. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-centric, and thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment.

This role is key in driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and ensuring our appliances are the preferred choice in new construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, and builder distributors to expand Electrolux presence in the new construction segment

  • Execute territory-level growth strategies that drive sales volume, increase margins, and expand market share across target accounts

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Electrolux product lines, staying current on product features, competitive positioning, and builder specifications

  • Plan and lead strategic customer engagements, including product training events, brand days, and sales promotions to enhance visibility and influence purchasing decisions

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to support account needs and ensure seamless execution

  • Represent Electrolux at industry trade shows, conferences, and key customer events to promote brand awareness and strengthen relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related field - preferably in the appliance, construction, or building materials industry

  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

  • Strong merchandising and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to close deals in B2B environments
