The Opportunity:

LG Electronics is seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Digital Experience Manager to lead the development and optimization of support content on LG.com. In this strategic role, you will champion customer-centric digital experiences by creating, managing, and evolving high-impact support pages that help customers research, purchase, and get the most value from their LG products.

You will bring deep expertise in digital content strategy, UX best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate LG's online support experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the way millions of customers interact with LG's brand, products, and services online.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for enhancing the LG.com Support pages, with a focus on usability, content quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and maintenance of service and support content across LG's digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive consistency in content standards, tone, structure, and experience across all support-related touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with global and regional content teams, internal stakeholders, and creative partners to ensure efficient content operations and governance.
  • Oversee the local support content database, ensuring timely updates, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Leverage customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and SEO insights to continuously improve content performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize content across templates, components, and design systems.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer in content decisions and ensure every piece of support content adds real value.
  • Partner with SEO and digital analytics experts to increase content discoverability and organic traffic.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on performance trends using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.


Qualifications / Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital content management.
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices, customer journey mapping, and UX principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex content initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience creating editorial calendars and overseeing content production lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights to drive content improvements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO strategies, content performance metrics, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in tool such as CMS platforms, Excel, and Tableau; experience with AI technologies is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in consumer electronics or support/service content.
  • Knowledge of content automation, structured content, or component-based content models.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content optimization or personalization tools.



Recruiting Range
$100,000 - $115,000 USD
