Procurement Specialist Minor Construction Projects
UDR Consulting, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Procurement Specialist Minor Construction Projects opportunity in Carlsbad, NM to support the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). Work Location: On-Site at WIPP Per diem is available for those who qualify. The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is the nation's only permanent nuclear waste repository for defense-generated transuranic (TRU) waste generated from Department of Energy (DOE) sites across the country. Waste is permanently isolated over 2,000 feet underground in deep salt beds. Duties: Administer subcontracts for Minor Construction Projects. Assemble MCP and IDIQ RFPs, perform CPAs, develop PUR packages, and support administration of existing subcontracts. The need for this temporary position is due to increased workload due to additional IDIQ re-competes and upcoming FY26 MCP projects. This position will support existing, new requirements, and support compliance with critical procurement award schedules. Key Responsibilities: As noted above.
