Communities of Practice (CoP) Leader - Go-to-Market Strategy (Global/Hybrid) We're looking for a Communities of Practice Leader with expertise in data management and enterprise software to join our global team in a hybrid role. You will report to the head of Technical Sales Enablement. You will lead strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by developing use case-focused assets, coaching, and enabling the technical sales community to accelerate deal progression and drive consistent, value-driven customer engagement. Technology You'll Use -Informatica IDMC and related products (AI, MDM, DG etc.) -Sales enablement platforms including Seismic -Enterprise SaaS, Middleware (PaaS), and IaaS technologies Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do * Advance CoP goals by supporting the technical sales community globally, managing timely communications and community activities. * Support strategic sales opportunities through creation of reusable sales assets, coaching field resources, and engaging directly with customers. * Develop expertise in GTM messaging, processes, and activities to enhance CoP impact on overall GTM objectives. * Establish and maintain strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring regular communication and documented follow-ups. * Oversee Seismic page development and community engagement activities, expanding community participation and interaction. * Promote the CoP mission internally and externally, representing its value proposition. * Collaborate with the larger CoP team and technical sales leaders to deploy CoP expertise effectively. What We'd Like to See * Expertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and domains such as AI, MDM, or Data Governance. * Experience working cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, marketing, sales, service, and support teams. * Background in selling SaaS, middleware (PaaS), IaaS, enterprise software, or analytics solutions. * Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building processes, relationships, and stakeholder engagement. * Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and GTM processes. * Self-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Role Essentials * 5+ years director-level experience within enterprise software companies, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in sales contexts. * Proven skills in articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in writing and verbally. * Experience conducting user interviews and building relationships across customers, prospects, analysts, sales, R&D, and management. * Project management expertise and experience working with geographically dispersed teams. * Prior knowledge of Informatica technologies and products. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in related disciplines (Master's preferred). * Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and visits to Informatica offices globally.
