We are searching for a 1^st shift warehouse office associate to support the clerical and administrative needs of our growing operations team. This position also requires performing warehouse material handling duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

A warehouse office associate provides clerical and administrative support to operations and will also work on the warehouse floor as needed.

Enter material received, shipped, and transferred into the computer system.
Proofread material documents for accuracy.
Match and file bills of lading, packing slips, work orders, and material certifications.
Expedite orders and provide updates to sales associates.
Research material usage and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Inspect and disposition returned material and complete paperwork in system.
Conduct inventory cycle counting to ensure accuracy of material in inventory system.
Operate forklift to retrieve and return material to stock.
Inspect and tag material.
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Able to read and understand English to follow work instructions.
Experience using computers and data entry.
A high level of attention to detail is required when reviewing documents and entering data into the system.
Works safely and productively.
Forklift experience is not required, but preferred.
Basic math skills are required to understand decimals.
Previous experience using and reading tape measures and calipers is a plus.
Dependable, punctual, and works well with others.
Able to pass background check, drug screen, physical, meet physical requirements of the position.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
