About the role:

Join Maersk, a global leader in logistics and transportation, as our Client Program Manager. In this pivotal role, you will manage large-scale projects, creating value and competitive advantages for our clients. Your work will directly impact our operational excellence and drive growth within the industry.

In this role, you will:

Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Drive operational excellence across Maersk product teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial counterparts to develop strategic roadmaps and growth plans for accounts.
  • Establish and track success metrics, demonstrating adaptability to market fluctuations.
  • Foster strong, data-driven relationships with clients, focusing on joint strategic vision and initiatives.

Product & Profitability:

  • Work closely with operational teams to identify optimization opportunities that add value to customers and Maersk.
  • Represent client accounts during business implementation and execution, ensuring alignment with internal project owners.
  • Spearheadcontinuous improvement and optimization initiatives, focusing on automation and cost reduction.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Facilitate business reviews with senior executive client teams.
  • Adapt communication styles to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Align with commercial counterparts on account initiatives, strategy, and deliverables.
  • Lead and influence client teams across business units in high-impact projects to enhance our community's work experience.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing a regional portfolio of logistics projects, specifically with value creation and competitive advantage in mind.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Proven success in establishing frameworks around Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Customer Service, and Innovation.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $115,000USD*

Benefits:

Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
