Description:

The Sales Coordinator's primary role will be to support our growing Sales and Marketing efforts. At KTSV, we are driven to be the best in the world in terms of design, build and service solutions for specialty trailer, custom transport and mobilized business markets.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for handling initial customer inquiries and coordinating with Sales Representatives for follow-up, allowing the team to focus on closing opportunities.
• Responsible for Marketing Alignment by helping to execute and accelerate initiatives stemming from our SMM (Strategic Marketing Management) efforts.
• Responsible for day to day tasks such as quotations, estimating and CRM updates to support departmental efficiency
• Additional responsibilities as required
• Play an active role in enhancing the customer journey, from initial discovery through post-sales support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation
• Proficient at market research and all sales processes
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must possess an ease with people and the ability to develop new relationships easily
• Positive solution oriented mindset
