How can you make an impact?

As an Implementation Specialist for California Reveal Math, you'll be a key driver of instructional transformation in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, based in Concord, CA. Your work will directly support teachers and school leaders in bringing McGraw Hill's Reveal Math program to life enhancing classroom instruction and improving student outcomes. With your coaching, problem-solving, and leadership, you'll help educators navigate change and build confidence in using new tools and strategies. This is a remote/home-office-based position with daily travel to schools in the Concord area.

McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for an Implementation Specialist for our K12 division.

This position is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Concord, CA who can travel daily to schools within the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 05/29/2026.

Your impact on the team

You'll be the face of McGraw Hill's Reveal Math program in Concord, building strong relationships with educators and district leaders. Your ability to coach, problem-solve, and adapt to diverse personalities will be essential in overcoming resistance and fostering a culture of instructional growth. You'll work closely with a team of implementation experts and receive ongoing support and training to ensure your success. Whether you're a retired educator, a returning teacher, or someone eager to break into the consulting space, your contributions will shape the future of math education in the region.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute implementation plans for Reveal Math and its digital components (e.g., ALEKS, MH Plus).
• Deliver on-site and virtual coaching and professional learning sessions, including lesson planning, classroom observation, and debriefing.
• Support teachers in navigating digital platforms and integrating instructional tools into their practice.
• Analyze implementation data and collaborate with district leaders to refine strategies.
• Build strong relationships with educators and administrators across Mt. Diablo Unified campuses.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Campaign Strategy and internal teams.

You should apply if:

• You have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional teaching experience (math background preferred), with a passion for Continuous Learning and instructional growth.
• You've held leadership roles such as TOSA or instructional coach and are skilled in Coaching and Guiding Interactions to support adult learners.
• You're Technology Savvy, confident using digital platforms, and able to help others integrate tech into their instruction.
• You demonstrate strong Customer Orientation and interpersonal skills, navigating resistance with empathy and professionalism.
• You're persuasive and adaptable, with strengths in Sales Persuasion and Initiating Action to drive change and engagement.
• You're passionate about improving education and eager to make a measurable impact in classrooms across the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $95,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
