Position Summary:

Join our team as the Supervisor of Maintenance, where you will lead and inspire the Maintenance Team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for upholding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), guaranteeing the quality and quantity of the products we produce. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, making a significant impact on our operations and overall success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivates and guides the team to meet all daily targets including Overall Equipment Effectiveness
    (OEE), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSMs)
  • Identifies and supports continuous improvement activities in process efficiencies, costs, and productivity
  • Implements sustainable improvements and procedural changes to enhance department performance
  • Uses Root Cause Analysis to investigate operational errors and recommends corrective/preventative
    action where needed for a positive result
  • Coordinates all equipment, maintenance and set-up activities
  • Recommends equipment upgrades and facilitates new equipment installations
  • Coaches and develops Maintenance members
  • Creates a safe and positive work environment for all associates
  • Ensures all paperwork is properly documented
  • Ensures all Maintenance Team members follow all SOPs, cGMPs, safety requirements and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience within a maintenance environment required
  • Minimum five years of professional maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment required
  • Minimum five years of manufacturing experience required
  • Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Two year technical degree with equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently to meet daily deadlines and objectives
  • Strong computer skills, including strong CMMS knowledge
  • Must be able to read blueprints, shop drawings, and generate rough sketches
  • Must be a Mechanic Subject Matter Expert and have the ability to use all standard tools of trade
  • Knowledge of electrical and electro-mechanical principles
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow up when responses are needed
  • Knowledge and proven ability to work effectively in high performing organizations
  • Ability to utilize effective interpersonal skills to communicate and positively influence team members
  • Ability to assess potential risks and quickly apply the appropriate corrective actions
  • Ability to analyze numbers, determine trends, and make recommendations for actions to be taken
  • Must be able to motivate and energize others to work toward the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with senior management, outside consultants, suppliers and associates
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with support functions such as EHS, Quality, Production, Inventory Control, Planning, and Human Resources

The approximate pay range for this position is $94,000.00 to $110,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
