Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas Automates manual release activities Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

Business Description: Developer Experience team is seeking a strong candidate to drive multiple initiatives and assist PM with user queries and implement new processes. The ideal candidate has experience with process optimization, leading strategic deliverables, aligning to risk and compliance guidelines, defining requirements and refining backlogs, possess great interpersonal and communication skills. Required Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and Visio Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives Experience with process optimization Control minded / experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk Experience using Agile methodology Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of data governance and quality issues. Support governance and oversight processes for managing alignment of change to strategic goals Must be a creative thinker, flexible and not be afraid to challenge status quo.
