This position is located in the Federal Research Division, Library
Enterprises Directorate, Chief Operating Officer. The Federal Research Division (FRD) is the fee-for-service, full cost-recovery research, translation, and analysis service of the Library of Congress. FRD administers the Federal Research Program, which provides research reports, translations, and analytical studies for entities of the Federal Government and the District of Columbia, and for which program there has been established in the United States Treasury a revolving fund into which funds are deposited without fiscal year limitation, as authorized by 2 U.S.C. 182c. The incumbent of this position reports to the FRD Chief and/or her designee of at least a GS-14 and serves as Fiscal Analyst, supporting staff throughout the Federal Research Program.
