What You'll Do

In this role, you will focus on identifying and supporting the hiring of Director-level leaders across the Village. You'll operate under the guidance of senior ETAPs while growing your capability in executive search. This is a great fit for someone early in their executive recruiting career who is eager to learn, ready to deliver, and excited to contribute to a high-performing team.

Strategic Talent Partnership
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders (VP+) to translate business strategy into talent strategy. Consult on team design, role clarity, and talent implications-not just requisition management.

Executive Search Leadership
With guidance, own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting for director-level roles-from search strategy, talent mapping, and proactive pipelining to candidate engagement, assessment, and complex offer negotiation.

Candidate Engagement & Experience
Build authentic relationships with high-impact leaders. Act as an ambassador for DaVita's mission and culture while ensuring a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.

Inclusive & Insight-Driven Hiring
With guidance, use data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions, drive equitable processes, and ensure top-tier, diverse talent is surfaced and hired.

Collaboration Across the Village
Partner cross-functionally with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and deliver aligned hiring outcomes.

Be an engaged, collaborative teammate who contributes to a strong culture. Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to learning-asking great questions, seeking feedback, and continuously developing your skills

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is eager to grow in executive recruiting and is energized by being part of a team committed to excellence. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to director-level or above roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural sense of ownership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Curiosity, humility, and the ability to take feedback and apply it quickly
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • A strong orientation to service and commitment to creating a great candidate and stakeholder experience

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00-$83,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
* New York Exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
*Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
*Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
*Bellingham: $17.66/hour
*Burien: $21.16/hour
*Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
*Renton: $20.90/hour
*Seattle: $20.76/hour
*Tukwila: $21.10/hour
*Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
