Position Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to provide a seamless customer experience, proactively engaging to identify opportunities for increased adoption, consumption, and expansion throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans (6-12 months) to drive retention, customer growth, and value realization.
  • Employ a consultative approach to address customer needs, introduce innovative solutions through close collaboration with the Product team, and procure customer testimonials to promote growth.
  • Understand the unique organizational landscape of each account, establish executive-level relationships, and maintain a social media presence to showcase thought leadership.
  • Anticipate and communicate at-risk customer situations early, utilizing Gainsight Call to Action (CTA) to develop tailored retention strategies and ensure risk CTAs are resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Cloud, Product, Support, Growth & Retention) to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalations.
  • Conduct business reviews according to product and ACV expectations, reporting to management on goal status, upcoming initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic client conversations, highlighting platform performance, adoption, and ROI to demonstrate ongoing value and drive informed decision-making.
  • Continuously learn and develop through Allego and other learning platforms, staying current with product content, industry trends, and Customer Success best practices.
  • Update primary systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) daily for proper planning and seamless collaboration, and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving the customer experience
  • Due to the nature of Enterprise customers, some travel will be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years as Customer Success Manager, dealing with Enterprise Customers.

Compensation Information

The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $78500.00 - $137250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
