Job Purpose and Overview

The Associate Project Commercialization Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on time, in full, and with high quality. The key responsibilities will include supporting project governance, developing and maintaining timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational readiness for project launch.

Work Environment & Travel: This is a remote role with up to 10% travel. There is a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones to align with standard business hours (Eastern Time). Candidates residing in Mountain or Pacific time zones may also be considered, provided they are willing to work Eastern Time hours.

What will you do as an Associate Project Commercialization Manager at Dawn Foods?



  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them as required.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, and lead cross-functional meetings.
  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live. Ensure product launches meet the expectations of Dawn and the customer.
  • Guide projects through the stage gate process. Offer alternatives or contingency plans and assist in the analysis and selection of the best options.
  • Collaborate with multiple technical resources to drive innovation and change.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.



What Does It Take to be an Associate Project Commercialization Manager at Dawn Foods?

Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.



  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

    • Will accept a minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience in lieu of a degree.


  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in project management methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations, and managing strict timelines.
  • A strong ability to focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and the ability to influence positively in decision-making.
  • The ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills
  • Experience and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or other project management software and tools.
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • CPG, Food manufacturing, or similar industry experience is preferred

Compensation

$67,020 - $103,210 with bonus eligibility
