GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role is responsible for managing data and People Services processes as related to all phases of domestic acquisitions, divestitures and transfers between DaVita wholly owned subsidiaries Additionally, this position will support the People Services team in various projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages internal partners on an on-going basis to ensure deliverables are completed timely, processes are documented and current, and resources are allocated as needed.

  • Captures and analyzes metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement, change management and teammate engagement. Develop programs/processes to meet those needs. Metrics to be reported quarterly.

  • Manages the People Services information flow for due diligence and integration activities.

  • Analyzes all People Services aspects of due diligence information, including making recommendations and identifying key issues that could impact the success of integration.

  • Facilitates all calls between Corporate People Services, Operations, field People Services, and the Integration Team.

  • Collaborates with various corporate People Services teams to ensure consistency in approach and a streamlined process to ensure issue resolution and positive teammate experience

  • Works with PS Coordinator to ensure project plans, surveys and sites are updated accurately and timely.

  • Provides strategy recommendations based on demonstrated best practices.

  • When required, travels to various acquisition sites to support due diligence and integration activities.

  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to travel up to 20%

  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary

  • Strong MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel including complex formula creation

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
