Here's what you'd do:

• As a member of the Central Dispatch Team, you will perform various physical and transactional process based operations supporting production, repair, development and non-production (MRO) requirements of the business.
• Together with other team members, you will engage in the direction of the team by coordinating efforts, developing capabilities, completing training, communicating status and leading change to improve team performance.
• Additionally, you will support team initiatives and coordinate/manage team performance through the use of metrics and data to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost, and lean performance goals.
• Process Material movement physically and systematically
• Receive and process inbound and outbound material
• Pull and put away material to respective staging locations
• Perform inventory reconciliation(2-Bins)
• Manage transactions for Nonconforming material physically and systematically
• Prepare paperwork and send out items needed for outside processing.
• Complete Cycle Counts, Shelf-Life Management for paint
• Expedite outside machining and processing through vendors as required to meet production schedules.
• Schedule courier (Jet) pickups and deliveries for incoming and outgoing OSP
• Create/prepare work order splits when partial lots are received.
• Monitor assigned queues; clear any aging Work orders
• Investigate and resolve aging WIP and any other projects
• Ensure transaction compliance
• Direct the activities of the production truck driver in the movement of parts and all other activities.
• Assist in any dispatch task as needed
• Support the timely meeting of production schedules by moving, coordinating, expediting, and processing jobs throughout the floor.
• Package and verify parts, assuring correct paperwork is sent and received.
• Provide direction to the activities to the team & production driver as related to vendor or Stockroom
• Assure timely and accurate response to Customers' (internal/external) inquires related to technical specifications on OP sheet, material, delivery, and quantity questions.
• Participate in the normal dispatch material and paperwork flow.
• Provide back up to the Dispatch supporting roles.

• Length: Temp (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Literacy

• Experience driving a box truck.
• Able to push loaded carts, handle a forklift and be a safe driver

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
